Sensors tell us about molecules in samples like blood: what is there, and how much there is.

They include test strips for glucose, rapid-antigen tests (RATs), breathalysers, and in-clinic screening tests. They can be used to diagnose diseases and determine risk of developing a disease.

RPOC 2035’s sensors will find early signs of disease and disease risks that presently go unmonitored, unmeasured, or undiagnosed until late stage.

In the form of a national platform, these sensors could help transform disease diagnostics from a reactive clinical service into proactive, predictive community infrastructure.
